If you are a new student we STRONGLY encourage reading information below:
We strongly encourage you to do the BEGINNER class (held every Sat. at both locations at 11:30am) first with some regularity until you feel comfortable with the poses and verbage of yoga.
If after you feel comfortable with the Beginner's class, we would strongly recommend you then move into:
- Monday, Tuesday and Wed. 5:30pm classes
- Monday, Tuesday and Wed. 7pm classes
- Friday 12 noon Yin class
After that we recommend any 1 hour classes (for example: 6:45am, 12 noon, or 8pm classes). The 4, 6, and 8pm classes are most crowded and very hot. Leaving the room is not encouraged.
We recommend taking a few classes before jumping into the 40 day for $40.00 deal to make sure this yoga is for you.
Please take into account your diet, hydration and physical awareness for starting any new physical activity, including yoga.
Please bring your own water bottle to class as we are using less plastic in our studios.
We sell reusable and refillable water bottles for 7.00. We have water fountains as well.
