Orlando Power Yoga practices the Baron Baptiste style of power vinyasa yoga. As the name implies, it is a vigorous, fitness based yoga, which is practiced in a warm room. The Baron Baptiste style of yoga gives great emphasis on the principle of adaptation, meaning that each practitioner can adapt and modify each posture and make the practice his or her own. The emphasis and practice of Baptiste style of yoga is to challenge you to experience a transformation, starting from where YOU are presently. A good yoga practice will give you the overall sense of being strong and stress free. This is a moving meditation which will make you feel great after and during class.
We at Orlando Power Yoga strive to offer you a great yoga "workout", in a casual, relaxed, and fun atmosphere. Whether you're learning yoga at one of our yoga for beginners classes, or you're a seasoned yogi participating in our heart thumping, sweat inducing workouts, you'll soon feel the benefits of our power yoga. Start by learning the breath and learn to follow along.

*Mat rentals are $1.00 if you need a yoga mat for the day.

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
Power Sculpt Yoga - This yoga class is for all levels. In this class, we will be moving with hatha/vinyasa flow yoga, mixed with weights to tone your abs, arms and legs.
Happy Hour Power - This class is for all levels. It is a fast paced vinyasa flow, be ready for a challenge.
Yin Yoga - This yoga is great for beginners and students that want a slow, non-heated yoga class. There is more focus on mediation and breath and long easy poses. Both the 4pm and the 5:45pm are one hour of hot, fun, power flow yoga.
Budokon - Budokon is a yogic conditioning system that integrates martial arts techniques. This dynamic style will challenge both your mind in a way open to all fitness levels. Classes have elements of Strength and balance, flow and flexibility, power and agility. Come ready to sweat with an open mind, and as always bring a towel, water, and a mat.
Dharma 2 - A standard set of poses created by Shri Dharma Mittra. Consists of Sun Salutes, and hatha poses witha deep meditation at the end. (60 minutes)
PARKING
You can park all around the building. If parking is full, park in the Revolution Bar parking lot and you'll receive a free water or mat rental.
We also have a bike rack in the back of the building.. We encourage riding your bike if you can!
